CloudBlue Connector Troubleshooting
- Application Management password issues
If a user loses their Virtuozzo Application Management password, they must reset it using the PaaS functionality. Refer to the Password Reset guide.
- Subscription issues
If you have problems with a subscription on the vendor portal, you can check the corresponding failed request.
- Check failed request
1. Go to your CloudBlue Connect vendor portal and click the Subscriptions icon.
2. Go to the Fulfillment tab and select the subscription with the Failed status.
3. On the subscription details page, check the Notes panel for the problem’s root cause. For example:

Known Issues and Limitations
- CloudBlue Connector doesn’t receive the last usage report if the subscription was suspended or canceled immediately after updating billing data inside Application Management.
