Managing CloudBlue Subscriptions
A subscription is a product the customers have bought or subscribed to. One can request creating, editing, suspending, resuming, and deleting their user account in Virtuozzo Application Management.
Create Subscription
1. Go to your CloudBlue Connect vendor portal and click the Subscriptions icon.
2. Click the Create subscription button in the upper-right corner.
3. In Create Subscription - Step 1 Introduction, read general information about a subscription and click Next.
4. In Create Subscription - Step 2 Environment, select one of the available environments (Vendor internal test, Test, or Production) where you want to create the subscription and click Next.
5. In Create Subscription - Step 3 Product, select the desired product in the list and click Next.
6. Create Subscription - Step 4 Version Type is skipped by default.
7. In Create Subscription - Step 5 Marketplace, select the marketplace that will be used to create the subscription and click Next.
8. In Create Subscription - Step 6 Price List, No price list is selected by default. Click Next.
9. In Create Subscription - Step 7 Offer, No offer is selected by default. Click Next.
10. Create Subscription - Step 8 Plan is skipped by default.
11. In Create Subscription - Step 9 Customer Account, select the customer and click Next.
12. In Create Subscription - Step 10 Review Customer, review the customer’s details selected in the previous step and click Next.
13. In Create Subscription - Step 11 Select Items, leave the default item Application Management Usage selected. Click Next.

14. In Create Subscription - Step 12 Attributes, view the automatically generated subscription external ID and UUID. Click Randomize if you want the system to generate another ID and UUID. Otherwise, click Clear and enter your own values.
15. Create Subscription - Step 13 T2 Parameters and Create Subscription - Step 14 T1 Parameters are skipped by default.
16. In Create Subscription - Step 15 Subscription parameters assignment, specify the desired password to Control Panel. Click Create.
Note: If you turn off the Subscription parameters assignment toggle, after the request creation, on the subscription page, you must complete the activation form, which requires specifying a password.

17. In Create Subscription - Step 16 Summary, view the details and status of the subscription. Click Go to details to view all the details and status of the subscription. Otherwise, click Close.
Once the status of the subscription changes from processing to active, on the subscription page, on the Control Panel tab, you will see the URL and login to the Virtuozzo Application Management.
Additionally, on the subscription page, on the Pay as you go tab, you can view a report showing the total accepted quantity for the whole active period of the subscription. It is updated hourly. To view a more detailed report, refer to Viewing reports.
On the subscription page, on the Parameters, Details, Tiers, and Fulfillment tabs, you can view all the information and history of the subscription.
Change Subscription
1. Go to your CloudBlue Connect vendor portal and click the Subscriptions icon.
2. Select the subscription you want to edit.
3. On the subscription page, click the Actions button and select Change.
4. In Change subscription - Step 1 Overview, view general information on the subscription to be edited. Click Next.
5. In Change subscription - Step 2 Items, leave the default Application Management Usage item selected. Click Next.
6. In Change subscription - Step 3 Parameters, update your Control Panel password. Click Next.
7. In Change subscription - Step 4 Review, review the updated parameters. Click Create change request.

8. In Change subscription - Summary, view your request status and click Close.
Suspend Subscription
Note: After submitting a suspension request, all environments will be stopped.
1. Go to your CloudBlue Connect vendor portal and click the Subscriptions icon.
2. Select the subscription you want to suspend.
3. On the subscription page, click the Actions button and select Suspend.
4. In Suspend subscription - Step 1 Overview, click Create suspend request.

5. In Suspend subscription - Summary, view your request status and click Close.
Resume Subscription
1. Go to your CloudBlue Connect vendor portal and click the Subscriptions icon.
2. Select the subscription you want to resume.
3. On the subscription page, click the Actions button and select Resume.
4. In Resume subscription - Step 1 Overview, click Create resume request.

5. In Resume subscription - Summary, view your request status and click Close.
Cancel Subscription
Note: After submitting a cancellation request, all environments and data will be deleted, with no possibility to reactivate the terminated subscription. If needed, create a new one.
1. Go to your CloudBlue Connect vendor portal and click the Subscriptions icon.
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. On the subscription page, click the Actions button and select Cancel.
4. In Cancel subscription - Step 1 Overview, click Create cancel request.

5. In Cancel subscription - Summary, view your request status and click Close.
