Troubleshooting

Known issues and limitations

CloudBlue Connector does not receive the last usage report if the subscription is suspended or canceled immediately after updating billing data inside Virtuozzo Infrastructure.

Integration issues

If you have encountered an integration issue, log in to your RHEL 9 virtual machine and check the status of the cloudblue-connector service. It should be enabled and active. For example:

1
2
3
4
# systemctl status cloudblue-connector
● cloudblue-connector.service - Connect to backend, connector service
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/cloudblue-connector.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled)
Active: active (running) since Fri 2025-06-19 07:58:21 EDT; 10s ago

You can check the service logs using the journalctl utility:

1
journalctl -u cloudblue-connector -f

Subscription issues

If you have problems with a subscription in the CloudBlue Connect vendor portal, you can check the corresponding failed request.

1. In the CloudBlue Connect vendor portal, go to the Subscriptions page.

2. Navigate to the Fulfillment tab and select the subscription with the Failed status.

3. On the subscription details page, check the Notes panel for the problem’s root cause. For example:
