Managing subscriptions
A subscription is a product the customers have bought or subscribed to. One can request creating, editing, suspending, resuming, and deleting their user account in Virtuozzo Infrastructure.
Creating subscriptions
1. In the CloudBlue Connect vendor portal, go to the Subscriptions page and click Create subscription in the upper-right corner.
2. In Add Subscription - Step 1 Introduction, read general information about a subscription and click Next.
3. In Add Subscription - Step 2 Environment, select one of the available environments (Vendor internal test, Test, or Production) where you want to create the subscription and click Next.
4. In Add Subscription - Step 3 Product, select the desired product from the list and click Next.
5. Add Subscription - Step 4 Version Type is skipped by default.
6. In Add Subscription - Step 5 Marketplace, select the marketplace that will be used to create the subscription and click Next.
7. In Add Subscription - Step 6 Price List, No price list is selected by default. Click Next.
8. In Add Subscription - Step 7 Offer, No offer is selected by default. Click Next.
9. Add Subscription - Step 8 Plan is skipped by default.
10. In Add Subscription - Step 9 Customer Account, select the customer and click Next.
11. In Add Subscription - Step 10 Review Customer, review the customer’s details selected in the previous step and click Next.
12. In Add Subscription - Step 11 Select Items, click Add items and select the desired items from the list. Click Select.

For the reservation model, change the quantity for items you need. For the pay-as-you-go model, the item quantity cannot be defined. Then, click Next.
13. In Add Subscription - Step 12 Attributes, view the automatically generated subscription external ID and UUID. You can click Clear and enter your own values. Click Next.
14. Add Subscription - Step 13 T2 Parameters and Add Subscription - Step 14 T1 Parameters are skipped by default.
15. In Add Subscription - Step 15 Subscription Parameters Assignment, specify the project name and user credentials for a project and user that will be created in Virtuozzo Infrastructure. Click Create.
16. In Add Subscription - Step 16 Summary, view the details and status of the subscription. Click Go to details to view all the details and status of the subscription. Otherwise, click Close.
Once the status of the subscription changes from processing to active on the subscription page, you will see the URL and login to Virtuozzo Infrastructure on the Control Panel tab.
Additionally, on the Reservation or Pay as you go tab, depending on your resource model, you can view a report showing the total accepted quantity for the whole active period of the subscription. It is updated hourly.
On the Parameters, Details, Tiers, and Fulfillment tabs, you can view all the subscription information and history.
Editing subscriptions
1. In the CloudBlue Connect vendor portal, go to the Subscriptions page and select the subscription you want to edit.
2. On the subscription page, click Actions in the upper-right corner and select Change.
3. In Change subscription - Step 1 Overview, read general information on the subscription and click Next.
4. In Change subscription - Step 2 Items, you can set new quantity values for the desired items. Click Next.
5. In Change subscription - Step 3 Parameters, you can update your credentials for Virtuozzo Infrastructure. Click Next.
6. In Change subscription - Step 4 Review, review the updated parameters. Click Create change request.
7. In Change subscription - Summary, view your request status and click Close.
Suspending subscriptions
1. In the CloudBlue Connect vendor portal, go to the Subscriptions page and select the subscription you want to suspend.
2. On the subscription page, click Actions in the upper-right corner and select Suspend.
3. In Suspend subscription - Step 1 Overview, click Create suspend request.
4. In Suspend subscription - Summary, view your request status and click Close.
Resuming subscriptions
1. In the CloudBlue Connect vendor portal, go to the Subscriptions page and select the subscription you want to resume.
2. On the subscription page, click Actions in the upper-right corner and select Resume.
3. In Resume subscription - Step 1 Overview, click Create resume request.
4. In Resume subscription - Summary, view your request status and click Close.
Cancelling subscriptions
1. In the CloudBlue Connect vendor portal, go to the Subscriptions page and select the subscription you want to cancel.
2. On the subscription page, click Actions in the upper-right corner and select Cancel.
3. In Cancel subscription - Step 1 Overview, click Create cancel request.
4. In Cancel subscription - Summary, view your request status and click Close.
