Removing Nodes from the Unassigned List

Nodes in the UNASSIGNED list can be completely removed from Storage.

Do the following: on the NODES screen, select the node in the UNASSIGNED list and click Remove (forget).

Nodes completely removed from Storage can be re-added to the UNASSIGNED list in two ways:

• By logging in to the node via SSH and running /usr/libexec/vstorage-ui-agent/bin/register-storage-node.sh -m <MP_addr> -t <token> in the node’s console, where <MP_addr> is the IP address of the management panel container and <token> is the token obtained in the management panel.
• By reinstalling Storage on the node from scratch.
