Clients Management

The Clients tab allows reselling the Virtuozzo Cloud services to your customers. Each client has their own projects, which allows you to securely isolate customers’ workloads and get separate usage statistics for each of your customers.

Virtuozzo Cloud clients

Follow the steps below to learn how to create, edit, and log in as a client.

1. You can manually create a new client by clicking the + button at the right part of the Clients section.

1.1. Provide the following general and address information to create a new client:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Password
  • Address 1/Address 2
  • City
  • State/Region
  • Post Code
  • Country

Tick the “Send the new account information message” checkbox to notify client and click Save to create. The customer will get access to their own Virtuozzo Cloud account with the same Virtuozzo Cloud interface (without the Clients section).

1.2. Once created, you’ll see the success notification and a new customer will appear in the list.

2. For existing clients, you can Log In As Client and edit Client Details – the “person” and “pencil” icons in the Actions column.

2.1. Use the Log In As Client button to enter the customer’s platform view. A notification at the top-right corner will inform you are logged in as a client and provide a link to return to your account.

Here, you can perform the required support and troubleshooting actions on behalf of the client.

2.2. You can use Client Details to view and edit information specified during creation. Additionally, you can perform Client Actions:

  • Reset Password & Send Email
  • Log In As Client

Click Update to save changes.
