Enabling PaaS

The PaaS functionality is not enabled on the Virtuozzo Cloud by default. Follow the next steps to activate it on your account.

1. Go to the PaaS tab and click the Enable PaaS button.

2. Choose a region for your PaaS, agree to the Terms of Service, and click Enable PaaS to proceed.

3. Wait a few minutes for the integration to be set up.

Working with PaaS

1. Once PaaS functionality is enabled, you’ll see the Log In To Panel button. Click it to be redirected to the PaaS dashboard.

2. After initial login, you’ll see the welcome tutorial for PaaS.

Go through the steps to learn about the platform functionality/benefits and how to create your first environment. You can skip the tutorial at any point.

3. The PaaS dashboard provides a powerful UI, where you can start working on your DevOps projects. Check the linked guide for the detailed overview.

For example, you can:

  • Install a pre-packaged application (WordPress, Magento, Kubernetes Cluster, etc.) from the Marketplace.
  • Use topology wizard to create a new environment with the required topology of the certified software stacks.
  • Deploy custom application from the archive or Git repository.
